Administrative/Biographical history:
Founded in 1945 by Rabbi Margulies, the 'Premishlaner Rebbe' for the Jewish Community in the area, the North West London Jewish Day School is still an active school for local orthodox communities of Brondesbury, Hampstead and St John’s Wood.
Rabbi Maurice Landy, the rabbi of the Cricklewood community, took on the development of the school and was involved as Honorary Principal and Chair of Governors and Trustees for over 40 years until his passing in 1996.

Records of the North West London Jewish Day School including administrative records for the school dating from 1944, which includes minutes and reports from various school committees, staff and pupil records, correspondence, Parents Association material and records related to the building and its history.
Finance records cover end of year accounts, fundraising and school contribution fees
North West London Jewish Day School deposited a large number of photographs, both physical and digital records. These have been organised by topic and depict the school's many activities, including competitions, sports events and fundraising.
