English bards and Scotch reviewers...a satire, was written by George Gordon Noel Byron, 6th Baron Byron of Rochdale, and first published by James Cawthorn of London in 1809.

CONTENT

Scope and content/abstract:

Manuscript copy of the third edition, published in 1810, of Byron's English bards and Scotch reviewers...a satire, inscribed 'With Miss Wilson's respectful compliments'. This is followed by a 22-line poem, entitled 'Enigma', and comprising a riddle on the letter H, by C.M. Fanshawe.
