Letter from J F Alexander of 4 St James' Square, Manchester to [Richard Marsden] Pankhurst LLD, 14 Nov 1888. Explaining that Pankhurst's 'name was ... placed on the list of delegates to the Education Conference on November 20th and 21st to represent the Subscribers in the district...'. Written in another hand and signed by Alexander.
