ARCHIVAL INFORMATION

Appraisal, destruction and scheduling information:

Early series probably comprise College working party members' copies of minutes and papers and it is likely that most were removed from the various file series of the College presidents. It is not now the policy of the College to retain any records of joint committees and working parties other than final reports unless the College was the creator of the official working party record. Where this is the case the reports and the official records are transferred to the Archives by the Committee Secretary.
