On the establishment of the National Health Service in 1948 the North West Metropolitan Regional Hospital Board formed the South West Middlesex Hospital Management Committee to manage and administer the hospitals in this area. Papers include committee minutes, reports, admission and discharge registers and other patient records, nursing and staffing records, rules and regulations, financial records, photographs, prospectuses and leaflets.
