Appraisal, destruction and scheduling information:
Three volumes of customer ledgers, also donated in 1991, were destroyed because they were in an extremely poor condition and offered very little information.

These records were acquired in 1991, Ms 24521 by purchase and Ms 28944 by gift. The Guildhall Library Manuscripts Section merged with the London Metropolitan Archives in 2009.
