Given to Guildhall Library in 1973-4. The papers were catalogued by a member of Guildhall Library staff in 1977. The Guildhall Library Manuscripts Section merged with the London Metropolitan Archives in 2009.
Given to Guildhall Library as "Records of the Vincent, Newton, Macken and Baker families" (former refs: MS 16927- 16940) together with records of Papers of Edward Baker (b. 1737), mathematical instrument maker (see CLC/423) and of Zelophead Wyeth Vincent (1755-1840), Citizen and Barber Surgeon (see CLC/512).
