Scope and content/abstract:
Parchment roll, late 15th century, containing a genealogical table of the Kings of England to Edward IV, showing their descent from Adam and Eve, flanked with text and with a brief preface. In the last medallion of the table Edward IV (who reigned 1461-1470, 1471-1483) appears as king, although the accompanying text ends in 1453.

Parchment. One hand throughout. Initials alternately red and blue; occasionally green. All names encircled green, red, or blue. Names of kings in red with gold crowns above. 595.5cm by 30.8cm.
