Administrative/Biographical history:
A Methodist circuit is normally a group of churches in a local area served by a team of ministers. A minister will have pastoral charge of one or more churches, but will preach and lead worship in different local churches in the circuit, along with local preachers. The arrangements for leading worship in a circuit are drawn up in a quarterly Plan.

Records of the London Methodist Mission (North West) Circuit (Missionary Committee minute book, 1973-1977); records of the Harrow Road Methodist Church (leases, mortgages, abstract of title and conveyance, relating to church and site, 1855-1926 and correspondence and memoranda, 1944-1966) and records of the Sutherland Avenue Methodist Church (correspondence and memoranda, 1959-1981, building plans, 1965-1970).
