Administrative/Biographical history:

Saint Mary's Presbyterian Church, Woolston, Southampton, was founded in 1874. The church was built in 1876 on Portsmouth Road. It belonged to the Presbytery of the South Coast. In 1971 the church was sharing worship with the local Congregational church although it does not seem to have joined the United Reformed Church.

Records of Saint Mary's Presbyterian Church, Woolston, Southampton, including Court of Session minute books, 1880-1970; Board of Managers' minute books, 1887-1950; Deacons' Court minute books, 1930-1972; Communicants' roll books, 1880-1970; register of baptisms, 1920-1969 and documents relating to the transference of Trust Deeds from St. Mary's Presbyterian Church, Woolston, to the Presbyterian Church of England Trust, 1942.
