Scope and content/abstract:

Papers, 1862-1908, collected by the solicitors in the course of their work, comprising legal documents relating to the Browning, Farmer, Dent, Mills and Bealey families, particularly relating to the settlement of property. Papers include settlements, papers relating to the appointment and dismissal of trustees, probates and wills, correspondence, conveyances, mortgages and agreements.
