Administrative/Biographical history:

St John's Chapel, Uxbridge Moor, was built as a chapel within the parish of Hillingdon in 1838. It was dedicated and consecrated in August 1838. An ecclesiastical district was assigned to the chapel in February 1842.

Records of Saint John the Evangelist, Uxbridge Moor, including registers of baptisms, marriages, burials, confirmation and banns of marriage; papers of the incumbent; Churchwardens' papers relating to rates and Vestry minutes.
