The London Meat Traders' and Drovers' Association was merged with the Butchers' Charitable Institution in 1986; forming the Butchers' and Drovers' Charitable Institution.

These records were deposited by the Butchers' and Drovers' Charitable Institution in 2005. They were catalogued by a member of Guildhall Library staff in 2005. The Guildhall Library Manuscripts Section merged with the London Metropolitan Archives in 2009.
