Papers of Edward Baker, mathematical instrument maker, comprising a letter book containing correspondence with family, and a genealogy of the Baker family 1650-1776. The papers were catalogued by a member of Guildhall Library staff in 1977.

Given to Guildhall Library as "Records of the Vincent, Newton, Macken and Baker families" (former refs: MS 16927- 16940) together with records of William Newton (1786-1861) of Bloomsbury and Herne Bay in Kent (see CLC/482); and of Zelophead Wyeth Vincent (1755-1840), Citizen and Barber Surgeon (see CLC/512).
