Archival history:

The majority of case notes were transferred to the Royal College of Physicians in 1957 by King's College Hospital and transferred to King's College London in 1984. A small quantity was retained in the Hospital and rejoined the rest via the Hospital Library in 1986.

Immediate source of acquisition:

Transferred from the Royal College of Physicians to King's College London in 1984, and from the Hospital Library in 1986.
